For Free International Shipping
Your package travels through the international postal network with a tracking number.

• Updates: Tracking events are updated as soon as the destination country’s postal service provides them. Please note that some countries offer limited milestone updates rather than real-time tracking.
• If updates stop: If your package hasn't arrived by the expected date and the tracking hasn't moved, let us know. We will contact the overseas postal administration to investigate. Under international agreements, these agencies may take up to 60 days to provide a final response.

We ship all orders to the exact address provided during checkout. If a package is sent back to us because the address was incorrect, the order was unclaimed, or it was refused, you have two options:

1. Re-shipment: we can mail the package to an updated address. In this case, you will just need to cover the cost of the new shipping fee.
2. Cancellation: We can cancel your order and issue a refund for the items.

In both cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable as the service has already been performed by the carrier.

While it is very rare for a package to go missing, we have a clear process to help if it does:

For International Airmail (Free Shipping):

• The Process: If tracking stops, we will file an official inquiry with the postal network.
• The Timeline: International law allows postal services up to 60 days to respond. A package is officially "deemed lost" if it hasn't arrived within 120 days.
• Resolution: Once the 120-day mark passes, we will issue a refund or reship your order, provided shipping insurance was included.

Important: Please contact us within 30 days of the package being considered lost so we can help you with a claim.

If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll make it right! Please email us at artrepubliq.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, full name, and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately and cover any related shipping costs.

Free International Shipping: Usually has no insurance unless you requested a custom insurance invoice at checkout.

Higher Value? If you’d like full coverage for a large order, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll send you a separate invoice for the exact insurance amount.

Because we process and prepare each order with care, cancellations are entirely dependent on timing.

• Before Shipping: We are more than happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund if your item has not yet been shipped.
• After Shipping: Once an order leaves our studio, it is in transit and cannot be cancelled. In this case, our standard Return Policy will apply upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately to check your shipping status. If it hasn't left our hands, we will take care of it for you right away.

We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not a perfect fit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason why it didn't work out for you and we'll work out an amenable resolution.

We currently offer exchanges for Signed Edition Large and Extra Large Prints only. You may request one free exchange for a different photograph of equal value. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we typically process refunds within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, you should see the credit within four weeks, though it is usually much faster.
