What happens if my package is not delivered?
We ship all orders to the exact address provided during checkout. If a package is sent back to us because the address was incorrect, the order was unclaimed, or it was refused, you have two options:
- Re-shipment: we can mail the package to an updated address. In this case, you will just need to cover the cost of the new shipping fee.
- Cancellation: We can cancel your order and issue a refund for the items.
In both cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable as the service has already been performed by the carrier.
What happens if my package is lost?
While it is very rare for a package to go missing, we have a clear process to help if it does:

What happens if my package is damaged?

Is my shipment insured?
Free International Shipping: Usually has no insurance unless you requested a custom insurance invoice at checkout.
Higher Value? If you’d like full coverage for a large order, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll send you a separate invoice for the exact insurance amount.

What is your cancellation policy?
Because we process and prepare each order with care, cancellations are entirely dependent on timing.
- Before Shipping: We are more than happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund if your item has not yet been shipped.
- After Shipping: Once an order leaves our studio, it is in transit and cannot be cancelled. In this case, our standard Return Policy will apply upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not a perfect fit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the product name, and the reason why it didn't work out for you and we'll work out an amenable resolution.
- Returns must be in perfect, unused condition.
- We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website.
- If you paid for expedited shipping, those fees are non-refundable.
